Haji Noor
Deen Mi Guang Jiang
Internationally
recognised master calligrapher. Born and lives in China. Haji
Noor is a member of the Islamic Culture Research Centre of the Hanan Academy of
Social Science (China) and the Calligraphy
Association of the Republic of Egypt, where he
earned his traditional training and masters degree in Islamic calligraphy.
Senior painter and calligrapher of
Painting and Calligraphy Professional Committee of Hanan Province in China. Director
of Arabic Calligraphy Correspondence Department of Zhengzhou Islamic College, China. He
teaches and exhibits his work around the world.
Mouneer
Sha'rani
Born
Syrian, Mr Sha'rani resides in Egypt. He
graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Damascus, Syria, then received
his formal training as calligrapher from the great Syrian master, Badawi Al
Dirani. Sha'rani authored several books in the field of Arabic calligraphy and
he is translated to French and English. He is internationally recognised master
calligrapher whose works are acquisitioned in numerous museums and educational institutions
in Europe and the Middle
East.

Dr. Fayeq
S. Oweis
A
Palestinian-American who lives in San
Francisco. He holds a Ph.D. degree in creative
and visual arts, with primary focus on Islamic art and architecture, from The
Union Institute, Cincinnati, Ohio. He
teaches graphic design at the State University and the
Academy of Art College in San Francisco. He is a
member of Historians of Islamic Art Council, among several other professional
and cultural associations.
